Must take the AHA e-learning online portion before the hands-on session (completed and paid directly to the AHA) and email the completion certificate to CPR@Idahoacademy.com before this hands-on session.  For your convenience, we have provided the link to the online (part 1) portion of this class where you can learn more and receive your certificate of completion:  PALS online AHA portion. 

The hands-on skills check-off will include Child and Infant High-Quality BLS, Airway Management, Vascular Access, and Rhythm Disturbances/Electrical Therapy.  

Intended for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the management of respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest in pediatric patients. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.

Time:  Approximately 2 to 4 hours 

Certification Period:  2 years

Testing:  Skills Check-off required
