This course is designed for healthcare providers that need ACLS for their clinical duties. This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition of intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
ACLS course Prerequisite: You must complete a Pre-course self-assessment and pre-course work before attending the class. Click here for further information.
Intended for physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and others as required by their employer.
Time: Approximately 8-9 hours
Certification Period: 2 years
Testing: Skills check-off and open resource is written test required.
